Ancient Empires is an LP with throwbacks to the game wikipedia:Civilization (video game) and presumably wikipedia:Age of Empires (video game). In the game you play one of approximately 40 human nationalities instead of the normal race selection (elf, dwarf, drow, human). Some of the more unique race choices appropriate to this type of game are Thracian and Viking.
